Tai chi is often referred to as moving meditation, we follow the Lee Family style which originated around 1000BC. By focussing on breathing and gentle movement tai chi can have a positive effect on mental health, anxiety, depression and stress. physically the range of movement, coordination and balance can improve. Relaxing is central to the process, followed by breathing and movement, whether sitting or standing.
